If you are not satisfied with your original art purchase you may return the Artwork 12 days within the post marked.You are responsible for the returned shipping and handling of the artwork .You may email me and let me know you are not satisfied. LOST POST
 Artist sends all originals first class,however artist cannot be held responsible for goods lost or mislayed is the post.Please
let the artist know when you received your purchase.

RECEIVING YOUR ORIGINAL ARTWORK
 Your original will be posted out to you when payment is received.It should reach you from two - six weeks depending what part of the world you are from.Shipping is payed by the Artist.

 LOOKING AFTER YOUR ART
 Maria personally packs all originals for posting to make sure that it reaches you in perfect condition.So when you receive your art, please wash your hands before you handle artwork  to ensure it stays clean before you frame it.The last thing you want is to see your hanging artwork with smudges on it .As with all originals and prints, always keep out of direct sunlight. Maria Murphy Art cannot guarantee originals will not fade over time, but with proper display and UV filter glass, originals will last for many years.

 WATERMARK
 There are no watermarks on the original you receive. (ie. Maria Murphy Art) . Watermarks are just there for artist copyright .I do sign all my paintings.

 COPYRIGHT ON ORIGINALS
When purchasing my originals, I still retain all copyrights to all artwork,including commissions.

ALLOWED
 When you purchase my original (ie. my art or a commissioned peice) ,it is for your own personal use to hang in your home or work place etc.

NOT ALLOWED
( This is what is meant by copyright, for anyone who does not know)
If you purchase originals, a commission,prints and other products displaying my art, you cannot make other copies or prints from them to sell both online or in other stores.I own copyright to all my artwork/photography and you will be breaking the law and you are at very high risk of being sued by me . Most artists make their living from reproductions, prints etc of their artwork.

ALLOWED FOR A COMMISSIONED  ARTWORK
Anyone who has bought an original commission artwork can certainly give a gift  print version to their family members.Just email me and I will gladly send you a version to print out on your own computer.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENICITY  
 All Maria's original Artwork comes with a "Certificate of Authenicity"
